DZCC was established on November 10, 2017 (Unified Social Credit Code 91440101MA5ALEM67H), located in the core of Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao region - Room 401 and 402, No. 2 Haitong 1st Street, Nansha Street. On April 14, 2020, it was approved and filed by the State Administration for Market Regulation (CNCA-RF-2020-90), becoming the first certification host organization in Nansha District, Guangzhou. On February 27, 2021, it obtained the American IAS accreditation qualification (accreditation number MSCB-235).
DZCC is an independent and impartial third-party certification organization. Strictly following the regulations and industry standards of certification bodies, adhering to the principles of "professional norms, customer-oriented, fair and transparent", building a sound certification management system and quality control system, continuously enhancing the credibility of certification services, and ensuring the effective implementation of various policies through dynamic supervision mechanisms. Adhere to the quality policy of "fairness, integrity, high quality, and efficiency", and provide practical, efficient, and value-added services for enterprises.
The company has five departments: Technology Department, Marketing Department, Audit Department, Management Department, and Finance Department. And on December 23, 2020, a Suzhou branch was established in accordance with the law, responsible for market promotion.
So far, the business scope approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) includes: Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), and Medical Device Quality Management System Certification (MDQMS).
